Art Leasing

Patou offers various solutions to your needs, whether it be for Art Rental, or Art Leasing.

Fine Art Rental and Lease programs are affordable options for companies and homeowners to rent or acquire fine artwork and it can ease the strain on your working capital.

We will assist you with all your artwork requirements including: paintings, works on paper, sculpture and commissioned pieces.

The rental and lease agreements are made directly between the client and Patou. No outside leasing or finance company is involved. Any single work of art or art collection with a combined value of $5,000 or over may be leased or rented.

The artwork must be installed by our installation team. Artwork will be delivered, once a credit application is approved. Both, theft and damage insurance, during transit, are the responsibility of the lessor. Transportation costs are the responsibility of the lessee. Once the artwork(s) have been installed, the lessee will add a rider to his/her insurance policy, covering the value of the artwork(s) for the duration of the lease/rental agreement.

ART RENTAL:
1 year Art Rental Agreements cost 1.85% of the price of the artwork(s) per month plus shipping or delivery fees. Sales taxes applies for Florida residents.

Month to month Art Rental Agreements cost 2.9% of the price of the artwork(s) per month plus shipping or delivery fees. Sales taxes applies for Florida residents.

Renter may replace selected artwork(s) for artwork(s) of similar value at any time during the rental period.

ART LEASING:
Term Lease Purchase Agreement: 12 to 60 monthly payments of 2.50% of the retail value of the artwork(s) and an end of contract buyout.
